Urinary lithiasis is the formation of a stone or stones in the urinary tract. Urinary tract stones are generally classified according to their location: kidney stones (nephrolithiasis), ureteral stones, bladder stones, and urethral stones. Gallstones are among the most common urinary tract diseases: 1 in 10 people will form a stone during their lifetime, with men more often affected than women. The probability of new stone formation one year after the initial episode of nephrolithiasis reaches 10%, while within 5-7 years the recurrence rate reaches 50%.

Uromax Litho supports good kidney function, contributing to the reduction, dissolution and elimination of kidney stones, with the clinically confirmed action of its ingredients:

Phyllanthus niruri or Stonebreaker: a plant with anti-hepatotoxic and anti-hypertensive properties, which have been determined in various clinical trials. Numerous studies have shown the inhibitory effect of foliar on stone formation: a study in patients with kidney stones showed that administration of the plant was effective in promoting stone elimination and had an inhibitory effect on stone formation.*

Magnesium: research shows that taking magnesium can effectively help treat kidney stones. Magnesium inhibits the formation of calcium stones, as it keeps calcium in solution, preventing it from building up in the arteries and forming kidney and gallstones. Finally, the muscle relaxant effect of magnesium is known: it reduces muscle contractions and cramps, while it contributes to the balance of electrolytes.

Parsley extract ( Petroselium sativum): medicinal herb with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive, antimicrobial & laxative properties, with particular application in urinary tract infections. It has a high content of vitamin A, K and C, folic acid, iron and minerals. Parsley's strong diuretic properties promote detoxification & reduce high blood pressure, thus improving kidney health.*

Beet extract ( Beta vulgaris L.): rich source of antioxidants and nutrients. It improves blood flow thus ensuring the health of blood vessels & helping to reduce blood pressure, while it has detoxifying and diuretic properties, which makes it ideal for kidney health. It has a high potassium content and is recommended for strengthening and cleansing the kidneys, liver and gall bladder.*

Vitamin B6 : pyridoxine is involved in many body functions. Among other things, it completes the action of magnesium, enhancing its penetration inside the cells, helps to reduce fluid retention & prevents the formation of kidney stones.

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.
