Clean before first and each use. ▪ Before first use place all cup parts separately in boiling water for 5 minutes. This is to ensure hygiene. ▪ Check all components before each use and throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. ▪ Spout and valve are top rack dishwasher safe (up to 65°C). ▪ Food colourings may discolour components. This does not adversely affect the material. ▪ Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. Only soft bristle brushes or soft sponges should be used. Sterilizing: boiling in water or liquid sterilizing solution, steam sterilizing (electric or microwave according to manufacturers instructions). All parts must be disassembled before sterilizing. After boiling or sterilizing allow all parts to cool. ▪ Do not leave cup parts in direct sunlight or heat, as this may affect the product function. ▪ Ensure that the holes of the spout are not blocked. ▪ Do not store or use for hot (above 40°C) beverages. ▪ The cup will not remain spill-proof if used for carbonated drinks. ▪ To avoid injury, do not let toddler walk with the cup. ▪ Do not put your baby to bed with cup. Prolonged contact with liquids may cause severe tooth decay. ▪ Use sugar free food or liquids only. ▪ The spout is compatible with all MAM Cups. ▪ All parts must be disassembled before heating (especially microwave heating) or cooling. Stir thoroughly after heating to evenly distribute heat. After heating allow cup to cool. For your child‘s safety and health WARNING! ▪ Always use this product with adult supervision. ▪ Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay. ▪ Always check food temperature before feeding. ▪ Keep all components not in use out of the reach of children. ▪ Never use feeding spouts as a soother. Deliveries are on working days and hours.

All prices below include VAT. Upon completion of your order is automatically sent email with the analysis of your order. Refrigerated products are not sent outside the Prefecture of Thessaloniki for safety and proper maintenance.

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.
Also you may be required to pay the shipping cost of these goods will be returned back to you in case of non-conformity.
Also do not accept returns on products: the baby milk, baby creams and refrigerated products for security and proper maintenance.

The following conditions must be met for returning products to boxpharmacy.gr:

Return exchange request must not exceed 14 working days from the delivery date based on the documents receipt.
All returns and exchanges must be received in original condition you received the item.

If there is a mistake of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within no more than 5 working days. We refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
