KELOGEL is a silicon-base gel with clinically proven results in treating hypertrophic scars and keloids. Its unique, scientifically designed composition combines strong antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components. Kelogel acts by creating a film on the skin, while it helps restore damaged skin.
Applying silicon gel locally offers spectacular results in keloids treatment. It is an easy, painless, non-invasive method. Additionally, patients may use it continuously throughout the treatment duration.

KELOGEL is a silicon-based (dimethicone) product.
Silicon:

• creates a film on the skin, preventing contact between the scar tissue and the external environment.
• is extremely water-resistant.
• is fragrance free.
• does not block the skin pores.

KELOGEL is used to improve skin appearance and relieve symptoms caused by keloids, hypertrophic scars, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and contractures resulting from injuries, surgical incisions, burns or conditions such as acne. It may be combined with other treatments, such as cryotherapy, electrocautery and curettage.

FILAGRINOL: A vegetal complex which helps control the synthesis of epidermal filaggrin. Filaggrin plays an important role in facilitating cornification, which assists the skin in acting as a barrier and remaining moisturized, smooth and resilient.

ROSA MOSCHATA OIL: Rich in linolenic (39%) and linoleic (41%) acids (Omega-3 and 6), which contribute to the healing process. In keloids, the levels of linolenic and linoleic acids are quite low.

ALLIUM CEPA: A natural source of antioxidants. According to clinical studies, it substantially improves the scar color.

VITAMIN E: A strong antioxidant and a highly effective moisturizing factor that improves skin elasticity.

a-BISABOLOL: A natural anti-inflammatory substance that relieves local pain.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Wash the affected area.
• Apply to dry skin gently a thin layer over the affected area until it is completely absorbed.
• Repeat twice daily.
• After application, you may use cosmetics.
• The minimum recommended period of use is 8 weeks.
• Prolonged use provides better results.

All prices below include VAT. Upon completion of your order is automatically sent email with the analysis of your order. Refrigerated products are not sent outside the Prefecture of Thessaloniki for safety and proper maintenance.

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.
Also you may be required to pay the shipping cost of these goods will be returned back to you in case of non-conformity.

The following conditions must be met for returning products to boxpharmacy.gr:

Return exchange request must not exceed 14 working days from the delivery date based on the documents receipt.
All returns and exchanges must be received in original condition you received the item.

If there is a mistake of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within no more than 5 working days. We refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

If it does not appear any error on the part of our company is refunded only the amount corresponding to the value of products and shipping costs borne by the customer only.
Your money Returns are over within 30 days from the return and receipt of products from us.
