Apply an amount of 3-5 drops on the face and neck area, making a light massage with circular movements, until the beneficial ingredients of “Face Elixir – For Face Tightening and Contour Lifting – With Helichrysum, Black Pine, Chia Seed Oil, Vitamins A & E” by anaPLASIS Company are completely absorbed by the epidermis. Daily application on clean skin is recommended, preferably at night. You can supplement your face treatment by applying the nutritional, regenerative night cream “Narcisse – With Hyaluronic Acid of Two Types and Olive Oil Squalene” by anaPLASIS Company, after one hour. Shake well before each use. Exclusively for external use.

PRECAUTIONS

If swallowed, call for help immediately at the poison control center at 210 7793777.
Keep the product in a safe, dry, cool place, away from sunlight.
If you experience unpleasant long-lasting symptoms or allergies, stop the application immediately and inform the company.
A trial application is recommended at a limited spot for a 24-hour period, for any allergic reaction.
Twelve hours after application, sun exposure is not recommended.

Deliveries are on working days and hours.

All prices below include VAT. Upon completion of your order is automatically sent email with the analysis of your order. Refrigerated products are not sent outside the Prefecture of Thessaloniki for safety and proper maintenance.

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.
Also you may be required to pay the shipping cost of these goods will be returned back to you in case of non-conformity.
Also do not accept returns on products: the baby milk, baby creams and refrigerated products for security and proper maintenance.

Return exchange request must not exceed 14 working days from the delivery date based on the documents receipt.

If there is a mistake of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within no more than 5 working days. We refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
