How it works:

Ensure maximum intensity and duration in your hair color in 2 steps:

Step 1 : Get perfect white coverage and shine thanks to the dye cream with 3 precious argan, avocado and olive oils, which work in combination to stabilize the color and repair the hair structure during the hair dyeing process.
Step 2 : Enhance the intensity and shine by applying the care cream after dyeing with hyaluronic acid and honey extract that moisturizes the hair, creating a protection film that seals the color in the hair and highlights the shine of dyed hair.

DYE FOR THE FIRST TIME ON NATURAL HAIR

• If you are dyeing your hair for the first time
• If you have not dyed your hair in the last 3 months or more

 

STEP 1
Protect your clothes by placing a towel on your shoulders when applying the dye and if you are wearing jewelry remove them. Wear the gloves on the package. Apply a small amount of oil near the hair shaft so as not to dye your skin.

STEP 2
Empty the entire contents of the spray cream tube (A) into the color activation vial (B). Mixing ratio: 1: 1.5

STEP 3
Close the cap of the vial (B) and shake until the mixture is homogeneous. Immediately cut the tip of the color activation vial applicator (B) and start applying IMMEDIATELY to DRY hair.

STEP 4

Apply the dye mixture partially to the roots, using the tip of the vial applicator to separate the tufts of hair. Gently massage into each section. Continue to distribute the rest of the product evenly throughout the hair.

Leave the mixture to act for  30 minutes.

The mixture does not run.

In case of persistent whites, it is recommended to leave the product for an additional 10 minutes (total application time to the roots: 40 minutes).
 

STEP 5

After the end of the waiting time, massage directly on the scalp without adding water, paying special attention to the contours and forehead to remove stains.

Then add a small amount of warm water and continue massaging to turn the mixture into a foam.

STEP 6
Rinse your hair with plenty of water until the water comes out clean and then bathe with a mild shampoo.

STEP 7
Apply the first sachet of hair cream after dyeing from the root to the ends. Massage your hair well so that its ingredients can penetrate the hair and seal the color. Leave the cream on for 3 minutes and then rinse well.

STEP 8
Apply the second sachet of cream after 15 days to enhance the glow.

REPEAT USE FOR PAINTING ON THE ROOTS

On a monthly basis, it is recommended to repeat only on the roots. This will prevent the color deposit (light root / darker edges) that can result from repeated painting.

1. Prepare the paint by following steps 1 to 3.
2. Spread the mixture on the roots forming partitions with the tip of the applicator (B). Leave the product on for 30 minutes.
3. OPTIONAL STEP ONLY IF THE COLOR OF YOUR HAIR HAS DISAPPEARED LONG AND AT THE END: Apply the remaining dye mixture along the hair. Leave it for the last 10 minutes of processing time.
4. Complete the process by following steps 5 to 8.

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.
Also you may be required to pay the shipping cost of these goods will be returned back to you in case of non-conformity.

The following conditions must be met for returning products to boxpharmacy.gr:

Return exchange request must not exceed 14 working days from the delivery date based on the documents receipt.

If there is a mistake of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within no more than 5 working days. We refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
