TRICHOGEN LOTION is based on a vitamin complex, special aminoacids and extracts which revitalizes the hair root and acts in two stages:

WHEN THE HAIR IS DEAD:
helps the development of new hair due to the combination of vitamins (Vitamin Ε Nicotinate, Niacinamide, D-Panthenol, Biotin), aminoacids (Cegaba) and extracts (Ginkgo bilova)
TRICHOGEN line has been created in order to prevent and reduce the hair loss and in some cases to increase the hair growth.

Aqua, Alcohol Denat., PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Carboxyethyl Aminobutyric Add, Ginkgo biloba, D-Panthenol, Tocopheryl Nicotinate, Biotin, Niacinamide, Piroctone Olamine, Benzophenone-4, Parfum.

In order to fight against hair loss use everyday in the morning and evening. On a preventive basis, use 2-4 times a week. Apply on hair roots and massage gently. Do not rinse, comb your hair.
SIMPLE SRAYER – When to use:
For large surfaces of the scalp, spray exactly the area to be treated 2-3 times, making a slight massage.
EXPANSION SPRAYER – When to use:
The expansion sprayer is used in small areas of the scalp and under the hair.
Remove the small spray head of the bottle.
Apply the expansion of the spray in the trunk and press down firmly.
Spray the areas to be treated and then make a light massage.
Note: This product can be used as an excipient. In this case shake before use.

Deliveries are on working days and hours.

All prices below include VAT. Upon completion of your order is automatically sent email with the analysis of your order. Refrigerated products are not sent outside the Prefecture of Thessaloniki for safety and proper maintenance.

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.

The following conditions must be met for returning products to boxpharmacy.gr:

All returns and exchanges must be received in original condition you received the item.

If there is a mistake of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within no more than 5 working days. We refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
