ALLERGENS

Milk (Lactose), fish oil, 2'- Fucosyllactose, Difucosyllactose, 6'- Sialylolactose, 3'- Sialylolactose.

1. Wash your hands properly. 2. Wash the bottle and its cap. Boil for 5 minutes. Keep them covered until use. 3. Boil water and let it cool. 
4. Follow the reconstitution instructions faithfully. First, pour the water into the bottle. Then, add the portion of the milk powder. Use only the measuring tape in the box. 5. Be sure that the measuring is dry and place it back into the box. Close the box after every use and keep in a cool and dry place. 6. Close the bottle and stir well until the powder is dissolved. Check the temperature before you feed the child.
Reconstitution instruction:
To keep the number of L.Reuteri cuture active, you have to let the boiling water cool, before you add the powder. Use only the measuring tape you will find inside the box. More or less of the recommended amount of powder will result either in dehydration or in wrong diet. Do not change the portions without medical advice.

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.
