STEP 1

 

Before inserting the cup for the first time, boil it in pure water, pat it dry, then place the cup in the cotton bag it came with.

Remember to keep it close to your bed, so that you can stay lying down to insert it after you’ve had sex.

STEP 2

 

 

 

 

Have sex (Pictogram A). After your partner has ejaculated inside you, and without sitting or standing up so that you don’t lose any sperm, pick up the cup.

Turn it inside out so that it looks like an umbrella (Pictogram B). Hold it with the stem pointing towards your feet and one finger inside the upturned cup (Pictogram C).

 

 

STEP 3

 

 

 

 

Gently insert the upturned cup into your vagina (Pictogram D).

Once it reaches the top of your vaginal canal, hold the cup in place with the inserted finger and at the same time gently pull on the stem (you might find it easiest to use your other hand)

to pop the FERTI·LILY Cup back into its original shape (Pictogram E).

To check if you’ve done it correctly, feel for the indents on the outside of the cup either side of the stem.

If the cup is still inside out, you’ll barely be able to feel them. (It can be helpful to check where the indents are before you insert the cup).

Don’t worry too much if you can’t tell if the cup is the right way round or not.

The sperm will still be inside you, closer to your cervix, and the cup will still prevent it from flowing out, so just leave it for now.

Practice makes perfect: keep using it and soon enough you’ll get the hang of it. The FERTI·LILY Cup can be worn for 20 minutes up to a maximum of 1 hour (Pictogram F).

 

 

 

 

REMOVING THE FERTI·LILY CUP

 

 

 

 

Wash your hands with soap and water. Get into a comfortable position, either standing up or sitting on the toilet,

and gently push downwards with your lower abdominal / pelvic floor muscles (as if you were having a bowel movement).

Reach for the stem of the cup with your finger(s).

The vagina is only about 8-10cm long, so it may already be accessible; if not, insert your index finger into your vagina to reach it.

Slowly pull on the stem until you feel the base of the cup at the opening of your vagina (Pictogram G).

With your fingers on the indents, pinch the cup at its base to fold it inwards, making it easier to pull out.

Alternatively, use one finger to pull the edge of the cup down to release the seal.

Gently remove the cup from your vagina, keeping it upright to prevent any spillage until you’re over a toilet or sink.

It’s very likely you’ll see some liquid inside the cup after removal. This is a mix of semen, arousal fluid and cervical mucus and is completely normal.

Empty the contents, wash the cup thoroughly (15-20 seconds) using warm water and store as directed (Pictogram H).

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.
Also you may be required to pay the shipping cost of these goods will be returned back to you in case of non-conformity.
Also do not accept returns on products: the baby milk, baby creams and refrigerated products for security and proper maintenance.

The following conditions must be met for returning products to boxpharmacy.gr:

Return exchange request must not exceed 14 working days from the delivery date based on the documents receipt.
All returns and exchanges must be received in original condition you received the item.

If there is a mistake of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within no more than 5 working days. We refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

If it does not appear any error on the part of our company is refunded only the amount corresponding to the value of products and shipping costs borne by the customer only.
Your money Returns are over within 30 days from the return and receipt of products from us.
For your refund should tell us the account to which you want to deposit. For refunds are necessary retail receipt. Invoice should return to about packing slip.
