How to store and clean your contact lenses
Follow these instructions for fresh and comfortable lenses

  • Always wash and dry your hands before handling contact lenses
  • Carefully and regularly clean and disinfect your contact lenses, as directed by your eye doctor and product directions
  • Only fresh solution should be used when cleaning, disinfecting, and storing your contact lenses
  • Never reuse old solution
  • Use only products recommended by your eye doctor to clean and disinfect your lenses
  • Saline solution and rewetting drops are not designed to disinfect lenses
  • Clean your lens case daily
  • Pour out the used solution in the case, and rinse it with fresh solution. Don't use tap water to rinse your case out, as this could expose your eyes to infection. Keep the case open and dry between cleanings
  • Store lenses in the proper lens storage case and replace the case as directed

Follow the directions on your contact lens care solution
Always follow the recommended contact lens replacement schedule prescribed by your eye doctor
See your eye doctor regularly for scheduled contact lens and eye examinations

GENERAL INFORMATION
Products labeled as "AVAILABLE" shipped in 1-3 business days from the day the order picked up by courier.

If a product is not available, we will inform you via email or telephone on the progress of your order. If any product is not available, the waiting time may reach the 3-5 working days

Deliveries are on working days and hours.

All prices below include VAT. Upon completion of your order is automatically sent email with the analysis of your order. Refrigerated products are not sent outside the Prefecture of Thessaloniki for safety and proper maintenance.

SHIPMENT TO GREECE

For orders over 39,00 € up to 7 kilos, shipment is FREE. Product delivery in your area made by a courier company (courier) in about 1-3 working days. For some remote areas delivery time can reach 3-5 working days. For orders of less than 39,00 € shipping costs are only 2.00 euros. If the payment method is cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of 1,80€.

For orders that weight more than 7 kilograms (volumetric or actual weight) and regardless of their price, there are volumetric costs that are calculated automatically upon order's completion.

SHIPMENT TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipment to Cyprus made within 1-3 working days with partner courier company and paid by: VISA or Paypal.

Shipments Abroad

The orders abroad are shiped with DHL courier and paid by: VISA or Paypal.
Shipment cost depends on the weight and the volume of the order and it is automatically calculated by the system.
Products that contain alcohol or products that are sprays under pressure, can't be shipped abroad.

Shipments to EU countries and United Kingdom are delivered within 1-3 business days by DHL Express.

Shipments to Russia are delivered in 12-17 days with a value limit of 500 €.
Shipments to Ukraine are delivered in 5-10 days with a value limit of 100 €
Due to the conditions, shipments to Ukraine are significantly delayed during this period
Shipments to Georgia are delivered in 3-7 days with a value limit of 200 €
Shipments to Uzbekistan are delivered in 10-15 days with a value limit of 500 €
Shipments to Kazakhstan are delivered in 14-30 days with a value limit of 500 €

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, UAE, Qatar and all non-EU countries, there is a need for customs clearance of the parcel.
All costs of the customs clearance, if any, are borne by the recipient of the parcel.

According to Greek law, no medicines are sold online, nor can we receive and execute medical prescriptions.

Returns policy - For shipments to Greece

In an effort to meet our customers' expectations in the products they choose from Boxpharmacy.gr offer the possibility of a return to all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on documents receipt, provided that they adhere to the following terms.

Please note that:

We reserve the right to reject product returns not repaid according to the terms return policy listed below.
Also you may be required to pay the shipping cost of these goods will be returned back to you in case of non-conformity.

The following conditions must be met for returning products to boxpharmacy.gr:

Return exchange request must not exceed 14 working days from the delivery date based on the documents receipt.

If there is a mistake of our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within no more than 5 working days. We refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
