Hydrolyzed collagen consists of small peptides of low molecular weight. The quality of the final hydrolyzed collagen depends on its average molecular size, which differs depending on the method used for its extraction. In general, collagen molecules are denatured and partially hydrolyzed to form gelatin (100 kDa).

A daily dosage of 10 gr of hydrolyzed collagen (a daily dosage of Collagen Pro-Active), is essential for the preservation of our healt.  For this reason, we recommend a daily reception of 20 ml orally, i.e. a bottle cup per day.

You can drink Collagen Pro-Active  as it is or by diluting it in water, fruit juice, tea, or even in yoghurt.

The proposed time for receiving the daily dosage is half an hour before bedtime.
